How to find Tuition Assignments?

How to find Tuition Assignments?

Tuition Assignments Agency Looking For Tutors

Everyday many tutors are looking for Tuition Assignments, and a few know how to go about finding them. It is easy to some experienced tutor and difficult for others. The question is how to find the Tuition Assignments?
Being a tutor not only means that you have a skill. It also means that you have a gift as well. Although all of us can teach but only a few have the will and endurance to do it. Those who have are fortunate they are able to help those who need them. That could mean a lot of things, but it normally means teaching students the subjects they are having problem in school with their weaker subject. There are many students looking for help from the good experienced tutor, and there are as numerous tutors who are looking for tuition assignments.

Where to find the Tuition Assignments

As a tutor, you need to be sincere and devote time for your students. If you are searching for a tuition assignment, you are likely to get one by register with the tuition agencies. Many registered tutors failed to save the agency telephone numbers in her mobile phone. Some failed to answer the call because cannot recognize the phone number. All these failure caused them to lose the opportunity to get a tuition assignment.  Your registration must be clear and in details because the tuition coordinators study your O-level and A-level results carefully before select you to match the request by parents. Most agencies generally match the requirements of the clients with the qualifications of the tutors in their databank. Different Tuition Agencies enforce different rules so it is important to read the Terms and Conditions provided in the website. Some of them take half of your first four weeks payment and other take the first two weeks payment on your assignment without considered whether you finished four weeks. That means the first two weeks payment is belongs to Agency without pro-rated.

Some tutorial agencies post the tutors’ qualifications on their website for clients to see. These agencies will charge you for a small amount for each day that your advertisement appears on their website instead of taking payment from your first job payment. It’s normally just a very small amount per day so you won’t feel that it’s too much to pay every week. But if there are other tutors who have the same qualifications as you, it is possible that it would take a while before a client will choose you, provided you has a pleasant photograph and certificates displayed.
By registering with two or more tutorial agencies, you would get as much exposure as you want. However, the cost that you would incur from joining each one can hurt your pocket especially if you don’t have a job yet. It would mean that you should keep spending until you get hired for a tuition assignment. Other tuition agencies also allow tutors to browse through their clients’ requirements listed.

Since you registered and joined the tuition agencies, you should also agree to their rules and regulations (Terms and Conditions). You might be asked to show proof of your qualifications on the first day of the lesson and show the testimonials of other students. As for getting tuition assignments, you may ask to have a phone interview with the possible clients. You have to discuss with the client for the job, schedule, fee and terms. It is up to the client whether they want to hire you, if you can accept the job. You can also decline their offer if you do not agree. All the processes will take a day or two before you get the answer from the client.  So please be patient.
